Dear Parent(s) or Guardian(s),
My name is Mr. Gabriel McMillan and i will be teaching your children this year. I am looking forward to getting to know each of them as every individual has something to bring to this class. We will be covering many topics across the subjects of math, science, reading, writing, history, and health.
Each assignment will be placed in an absent folder daily. In the event that your child misses class, he/she will be able to get their assignments out of this folder.
If your child is going to miss class for any reason, the office will need to recieve a hand written note. Also they may contact you via phone to confirm this.
All homework is to be turned in on time, with a penalty for each day that it is late.
Progress reports will be sent home once a month to keep you informed on your child's grades as well as having their grades posted within two days online.
Rules will be posted inside the classroom with appropriate consequences for negative actions along with the positive ones.
